Funny thing about exercising, I can't seem to get enough of it.
So I am working out Mon - Thurs and then as there are no classes after work on Friday I have been doing nothing then and nothing on the weekend. There are weekend morning classes but I am lazy and like to wake up slowly, cup of tea and a book in bed, followed by taking my time to prepare a yummy cooked breakfast while still wearing my pjs.
BUT what I have realised is those 3 days off are pretty crap. I mean, sure it's the weekend and I am enjoying my time off work relaxing, but I also have started to notice that I have become really grumpy and moody and just not as chirpy at all compared to the days when I exercise. The highlight of the gym for me is that I leave clear-headed and happy every time I go.
Sadly, for the last three days I have felt foggy and blah. I still feel twinges of a cold coming on, but I think I've just got to get my butt down to the gym more frequently.
Hmmmm does this mean I will have to venture over to the scary machine part of the gym? Eek...
