Best Weddings

Gwen Stefani & Gavin Rossdale
Gwen’s ceremony makes the list because of her unique and very rock ‘n’ roll wedding gown.  The pink and white dress, by John Galliano for Dior, was custom made for Gwen and definitely suits her vibrant personality – definitely the most unique celebrity wedding dress!

Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman
Christina Aguilera’s wedding was a classy affair, and we love her vintage inspired veil.  The dress might be a little over the top for some, but her wedding definitely appeals to those fantasy ideals you have of your own wedding as a little girl.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban
Everyone’s favourite Aussie Nicole got married at dusk in a candlelight ceremony at a church in Sydney – so romantic! Her Balenciaga dress was also gorgeous, which was not a surprise given that Nicole is such a fashionista.

Brad Pitt & Jennifer Aniston
It’s because they were a match made in celebrity heaven that they make our list, as their wedding was so shrouded in secrecy no cameras actually got a look in. So admittedly, we don’t actually know what the ceremony was like, but we bet it was amazing.  And but the famous image of the married couple is so cute, it makes the list! 

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes
Not surprisingly, the TomKat wedding was glamorous and over the top, even including a fireworks display.  They got married in a 15th century medieval castle in Italy, danced to music by Mark Ronson and were surrounded by celebrity guests, including Jennifer Lopez and Brooke Shields.  This one makes the list as the ultimate fantasy wedding!

Worst Weddings

Katie Price (aka Jordan) and Peter Andre
A cringe-worthy mess of Barbie inspired madness, which included the bride arriving in a giant pink pumpkin-shaped carriage dressed as a meringue.  Oh dear.

Posh and Becks
Victoria Beckham has come a long way as a style icon, but at the time of her wedding to David Beckham she still had a lot to learn.  She wore a strange-looking crown, and the bride and groom were seated on giant thrones.  Sadly, tabloid royalty does not equal class.  And let’s not forget the matching purple outfits they changed into for the reception.  Lesson to take from this celebrity wedding – never, ever wear a tiny crown atop your head at your wedding.

Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock
Pammy wore a white string bikini to this rock ‘n’ roll wedding, and somehow she does kind of gets away with it.  But even though Pam is a bikini babe from way back, this one has to feature in among the worst weddings for obvious reasons. 

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt
Heidi’s over-the-top princess dress and the fact that she was marring Spencer means this wedding makes our worst list.  Reason enough, we think!

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline
Britney’s union to K-Fed was trailer park chic at its best.  The bridal party and guests were given Juicy Couture track suits to wear - the girls' were pink and said "maids" or "hot mama" and the boys' were white and said "pimps" or "pimp daddy".  Classy.
