Leanne Pratt is a naturopath and medical herbalist who owns Aah! Nourishing Tea. Leanne’s business is a true reflection of her own personal philosophies, focussing on the nourishing and health-giving effects of tea, while still making sure it tastes good! Leanne also manages to find the time to squeeze in a regular morning radio slot as a Naturopath on Easy Mix radio. We caught up with her to find out more about this successful woman.
A couple months ago, I learned a hard lesson which made me realise the value of focusing on 'the bigger picture'. I was preparing to lead a workshop for over 220 managers at one of New Zealand’s largest companies. As this was a brand new programme, the company’s HR team kept altering the workbook and power point slides right up to the day of the event. In preparing myself, I spent a whole day matching the workbook page numbers to the power point slide numbers. In other words, I wanted to get the details right and make sure I knew exactly what page went with what slide.
