There are, however, times when it feels as though there is a huge blanket of negativity that comes down over us and everything in our life seems to be effected by it. Many of you are experiencing this “matrix” of negative energy that has recently come in.

This matrix may cause you to come face to face with your greatest physical, emotional, mental and spiritual challenges so far. You may experience sickness, depression, anger, frustration and many other negative feelings in any or every aspect of your personal or professional life. Remember this is part of your soul’s development but we can make times such as these easier. Here is a simple but effective way to clear yourself of negative energy:

Call in your Angel & Spirit Guides to guide and assist you during this exercise.

Take a pen & paper, sit in a quiet place away from all distractions and write down everything that you feel is negative in your life and why - include any other situations that you can think of where something similar has happened.

What negative thoughts and feelings do you have around it?
What is the impact on yourself & others in having these negative feelings/thoughts? 
What haven’t you been able to do?
What could happen if you didn’t have these negative feelings/thoughts?
What are the positives about the situation?
How could you rewrite the situation so it has a more positive energy?

Once you have written everything down take a 1-2 minute break then come back and write more (there is always more). You will reach an “aha” moment when you feel a real peace with it. This is the point you have released that layer of negative energy.

Once you have reached that point take some matches, an oven tray and your writing outside and light the paper in the tray.  Stand well back from the smoke – don’t inhale it. This releases the layer of negative energy into the universe.

As you watch your negative energy layer go up in smoke ask your Angels & Spirit Guides to disconnect you from the Outer Realm Matrix and to lift, dissolve and transmute the matrix to God/Source and sever all incoming and outgoing etheric pathways and filaments in their holographic entirety on all levels, dimension and inter-dimensions.

Acknowledge how light you now feel.
Ask your Angels & Guides to bring in and surround you with the strongest protection available to you at this time.
Fill yourself with white and gold light from the higher realms of God/Source/Universe.
You can place the cooled ash in the garden.
Repeat as necessary for each layer of negative energy.
