Do you have a multitude of health and wellbeing books on your bookshelf? Books that you have brought with the hope they can provide you with that one magic key that will turn your life around and bring you everlasting health, wealth and happiness. Each and every one of those books does hold a magic key – knowledge. To make that profound difference in your life all you need to do is use that knowledge and take inspired action from your heart.  Reading any inspirational book and then going through your life “business as usual” will bring little or no positive results.

Your life is your own creation, so create the very best life you can in every moment. So how do you achieve this? By being willing to look within and see what fears and blocks are holding you back.  Then you can begin the journey of moving from a negative to a positive state of being. Here are some questions to get your started:

Where in your life are you not being authentic?
Where would you like some support but are afraid to ask?
Where are you denying your responsibility in challenges that exist in your personal or professional life?
What seems too painful to look at, a little deeper, that may be at the core of a chronic challenge in your life?

These are important questions and some answers may be easier to find than others, it all depends on your level of resistance to looking at the truth of who you have been. When you can see and accept all aspects of yourself (yes the good, the bad and the ugly) then you can really begin to discover who you truly are. Be patient with yourself, and celebrate the fact you are even willing to ask the questions – they will bring you great rewards. Discover and acknowledge just what an amazing person you are, what you have accomplished that has got you to this time and place, and start to imagine just what else you could achieve. Nothing is impossible. There are so many people who have overcome self doubt and the limiting beliefs of others to achieve great things – so can you! Ask yourself:

Who do I want to become?
Where do I want to go?
What do I want to overcome & achieve?
Am I living in fear, or in love, trust & courage?
Where am I placing my attention? On lack or abundance?
Am I being part of the solution or adding to the problem?
Am I ready to take responsibility for my own life?

Thanks and gratitude to Steven & Cynthia Wand for writing the amazing book some of this knowledge is featured in: “Living the Heartlife, Letting Go of the Hardlife”.
