After a successful private training session on Saturday morning, Natalie and I felt rather virtuous. So much so, that we decided to reward ourselves with fast food in copious amounts. I can only put it down to the fact that all of this exercise has put our bodies into shock, and we are now desperately craving all these extra calories, with our bodies doing anything they can to keep hold of the extra fat keeping our mid sections nice and ‘snuggy.’

Week 2: So, the day of our first training session arrives. Natalie and I spend most of the morning asking ourselves ‘Are we really doing this?’ Maybe I don’t want to anymore? Are we going to be the laughing stock of the gym?’ We finally decide that it’s too late to turn back now, it must be done, no excuse proves good enough. So, off we go.
