1. A fantastic wool blend coat to keep the cold at bay. I love the big gold button details on the Karen Walker ones.

2. Any of the boots from Kate Sylvester's Diamond Dog collection. They have brass studding up the back and come in a number of delicious winter colours.

3. Accessories!
I love large statement rings paired with smaller dainty items across all the fingers on my hand. Currently I'm wearing larger rings from Wunderkammer and the dainty Superfine rings from Karen Walker.

4. Leather Studded Gloves
I have terrible circulation and my fingers and toes are always freezing during winter. These gloves are perfect to keep you toasty and I am a sucker for anything studded.

5. Cashmere
Cashmere, cashmere, casmere! Cashmere is the perfect layer during winter - luxurious and feels like heaven against your skin.

6. Deadly Ponies Handbag
Their black cow skin handbag for winter '10 is beautiful. It's also the perfect size for carrying all the extra items we seem to have on us during the colder months. 

7. Kate Sylvester party dress
I think most people fell in love with this dress when they saw it on the runway at ANZFW. The layers, texture and perfect soft pink is what gets me about it. I think I would have to throw in the cardi as well, as the tough styling of it is perfect.

8. Bronze lensed sunglasses, they make gloomy days look a lot more appealing. Here is a great pair by Tom Ford.

 
9. Dark washed jeans.
All the neutral and jewel colours coming through for winter look best paired with a dark washed jean. Be they skinny, slim fit, high waisted or low rise a good pair of jeans that fit well are key to any winter wardrobe.

10. Blazer
The blazer is a key piece for any girl, they are warm and oh, so practical. Smarten up your casual day look with one or throw it over your party dress for a bit of warmth and a sharper look. I also love the added advantage of another place you can accessorise - brooches and badges on the lapel can give an outfit a whole new look.
