What was your favourite part of the experience?
The opportunity to try my hand at so many new activities, jobs & roles.

Terry Serepisos said it was your lack of experience that let you down.  Do you agree?
I was always open about the fact that I knew I was the least experienced, however I had hoped that by making it to the top 5 I would have proved that I had a lot of natural ability and could be seen as a long term investment. But I guess in the end that was not what Mr Serepisos was looking for in an apprentice!

Your goal is to eventually set up your own business.  What lessons will you take from The Apprentice that will help you achieve this?
To take risks, to surround yourself with a strong team, to believe in myself and my decisions, to think outside the square and to know that I cannot please everyone.

You’re only 21, so you have done incredibly well to get as far as you did.  Do you have any advice for other young people wanting to get ahead in the business world?
Thank you. I would say that this is the time when you can take the biggest risks so don’t listen to anyone who tries to install fear or doubt in you… in the words of Richard Branson; Just Do It!!

Who is your pick to win The Apprentice New Zealand and why?
I hope Tom Ben wins. He is a great example of how you can be nice, fair and honest and still be successful in business!
