What is your favourite way to pass time?
I have so many different ways - it depends on what i need - sometimes an afternoon drink with my girlfriends, i also love to run in the mornings with my dog - it's a lovely time of day, watching movies with my children keeps me in the present, reading a book in our sunny garden, writing!

Your favourite food?
Definitely margarita pizza!

The best place to go on holiday?
It depends who I’m with - Paris with my husband, Fiji with my children, Sydney with my friends - failing that gorgeous Whangamata Beach both in winter and summer!

Your favourite book?
I have nine books on my bedside table at the moment and several faves - Simple Abundance - Sarah Ban Breathnach, all of Marian Keyes books, A French Affair by Susan Lewis,

What makes you want to get up in the morning?
The lure of a run with my dog and a beautiful coffee afterward...

The CD you put on when you want to dance?
Bass Hunters this week!

Your favourite time of the day?
Early morning when everyone in my home is still sleeping and the sun is rising over the sea...

Who would you love to meet one day? Why?
Wow this question inspired me to write another book - there are so many people I would love to meet and perhaps interview - 'successful' people - so that I can show readers that successful people are everyday people and can achieve amazing things! Watch this space!

Your favourite film?
Again lots of those, Mrs Doubtfire - cringe I know! The Sound of Music, The Bucket List - happy and sad,

What is the best thing in life?
My children number one, and number two life itself - hmmm and just so he doesn't feel left out - my husband!
