Review: Promises to Keep By Jane Green

promisesbookcover.jpgWhen photographer Callie has life-changing news, she and her whole family learn that love is not just about words. It is about deeds. After all, love means being there, through everything.

I've read many of Jane Green’s books and what I love most is that each one is very different, there is no repetitiveness through her books and no story or characters are the same. This in itself makes her different to other ‘Chick Lit’ writers.

This is a raw and honest account written by someone who knows what it’s like to be at the side of someone who is battling cancer.

The characters are beautiful and despite being incredible sad so is the story. If you shed a few tears reading ‘Ps I love You’ expect to cry buckets reading this.
